North to Alaska!

Here it is!  Early notice of an intended double group motorcycle in Alaska late next summer (8/25 – 9/1) with MotoQuest tours.  Both tours will begin and end in Anchorage. This grew out of  a conversation with Phil Freeman, owner of MotoQuest International.  He asked what he had to do in order to get me to experience the joys of riding in Alaska, and this is what evolved.  It is the wildest and most far-fetched idea I’ve ever hatched  – hope we can make it work.

Two groups – one trip.   My group (the pavement ride and sleep in the hotel group) shall be referred to as the “Miss the Moose Tour.”   Ride West GM Dave Swezey’s hard core adventure camping group will be called the “Bear Bait Tour.”   Which one for you?

Prices vary, as below, and the trip will be limited in two ways.  6 or fewer and the group does not go, and there is an upper limit of 20 – minus Swezey and myself leaves 18 slots.

Best of all – $100 of the fee for each rider will be donated to Riders for Health
